Dr. Michael Grossman D.C.
Dr. Michael Grossman’s passion for chiropractic began when he suffered a neck injury at the age of 16, falling off his bike, leaving him in agonizing pain for weeks. He had difficulty with sleep and performing his daily activities, until he decided to try chiropractic care. After a few treatment visits he was able to achieve a restful nights sleep and could function in his everyday life without pain. This was the spark that lead to his chiropractic career. Dr. Grossman attended San Jose State University graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Complimentary and Alternative Health. After graduating he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West located in San Jose, CA. Dr. Grossman is certified in Full Body Active Release Technique (ART), Sacral Occipital Technique, Applied Kinesiology, and Fascial Movement Taping (Rocktape). Dr. Grossman has contributed to the community delivering chiropractic care to outreach facilities in San Jose. In conjunction with operating Santa Clara Custom Chiropractic he is also the treating doctor at Yelp headquarters doing on-site corporate chiropractic in downtown San Francisco. In his free time Dr. Grossman enjoys hiking, sporting events, cooking, and traveling.
Cesar Nuno CMT
Cesar’s been an active individual his whole life. He grew up playing multiple sports including three seasons of basketball, eight seasons of soccer, and seventeen seasons of baseball so he’s well experienced on the aches and pains one can experience from physical activities and stresses of every day life. Exiting high school he knew he wanted a degree where he could combine his knowledge of anatomy, passion for sports and physical activities, and ability to work with his hands and massage therapy happened to be the perfect fit. He graduated from National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy’s core program in May of 2013 and continued with their advanced neuromuscular program immediately after which he graduated in February of 2014. Here he was educated in eastern and western modalities like Swedish and shiatsu as well as the more advanced therapies like trigger point and tension and release. Cesar found he wanted more out of himself and profession so he decided to further his education and pursue a degree in kinesiology. After graduation he intends on ultimately becoming a physical therapist while also incorporating massage into his practice.
